The Proval Invest partners have over 25 years of private equity experience, dating back to 2001.
Philippe Munch and Éric Pathé have worked together in private equity since 2008 and founded Proval Invest in 2014.

Eric
Pathé

Before co-founding Proval Invest in 2014, Éric was a member of the investment team of one of Europe's leading secondary specialists in London. He previously co-founded Langholm Capital, a direct investment fund, and began his career at McKinsey and GE Capital. Éric has private equity direct and secondary investment experience since 2001. He holds an MBA from INSEAD and is a graduate of ICN Business School in France. He speaks fluent French, English and Spanish.

Philippe
Munch

Before co-founding Proval Invest in 2014, Philippe was a member of the investment team of one of Europe's leading secondary specialists in London from 2003 to 2014. He previously worked in Mergers & Acquisitions at Société Générale in London and began his career at the automotive supplier Faurecia in Germany. He speaks fluent French, English and German. Philippe holds an MBA from ESCP Europe and an engineering degree from Arts et Métiers (ENSAM).

Dominique
Valansot

Dominique Valansot joined Proval Invest in 2022 as Head of Client Relations and Partnerships. He has acquired more than 25 years of experience across asset management, investment banking and corporate finance — gained at Nomura, Deutsche Bank, Mirabaud, Jefferies and ADF Capital. Dominique holds a BA from University College London (UCL). He speaks English and French.
