Our strategy
The funds’ size has been deliberately calibrated to enable efficient capital deployment without investment pressure, supporting a highly selective and disciplined approach alongside leading institutional investors.
Our strategy in 3 points :
Selection
Capital is deployed exclusively in high-quality GP-led continuation vehicles, investing in resilient, proven businesses sponsored by leading private equity firms with established track records.
The investment approach is conviction-driven and highly selective, with each Proval fund investing in a limited number of companies (15 to 20), allowing capital to be concentrated on the most compelling opportunities.
Each investment opportunity undergoes a detailed assessment of:
- business model quality and resilience;
- the historical performance of the asset;
- the sponsor’s and management team’s experience, as well as the alignment of their interests with those of investors;
- the visibility and strength of future value-creation opportunities.
Visibility and risk mitigation
Investment in mature businesses, identified as their sponsors’ most successful portfolio companies, with proven operating performance, a demonstrated ability to create value and well established business models.
This approach makes it possible to:
- reduce the risks associated with the earlier stages of the private equity lifecycle;
- avoid “blind pool” risk;
- access proven companies already selected by sponsors as their most successful portfolio investments;
- benefit from greater visibility on future operating performance.
Short cycle
A short 12-month investment period, enabling accelerated and disciplined capital deployment.
A seven-year total fund life, providing a controlled investment horizon and enhanced visibility for investors.
The structure is designed to enhance capital efficiency, with rapid deployment into underlying companies and no uninvested capital.
GP-Led
