Prior to founding Proval Invest, Philippe spent 10 years as an investment professional in private equity secondaries  at Greenpark Capital (now part of Stepstone). As an investment director he was part of the firm’s executive committee and investment committee.

 

Prior to Greenpark Capital he worked on cross border corporate finance transactions at Société Générale Investment Banking in London, having started his career in Germany at Faurecia, an automotive components manufacturing company.

 

Philippe completed his MBA at ESCP Europe and graduated from Arts et Métiers ParisTech (ENSAM) in France, having also studied at the Universität Karlsruhe. He is fluent in English, French and German.

 

Prior to founding Proval Invest, Eric spent 4 years as an investment director at Greenpark Capital (now part of Stepstone), a secondary PE firm where he was a member of the investment committee as well as the executive committee.

 

Before joining Greenpark Capital, Eric was a founding principal and member of the investment committee at Langholm Capital, a €240m mid-market PE firm.

 

Previously, Eric worked at McKinsey and at GE Capital.

 

Eric completed his MBA at Insead and graduated from ICN Business School in France. He is fluent in French, English and Spanish.
